Returns & Replacements
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the item they are buying is suitable for their needs. If an item is no longer required, we will accept it back as long as it is returned in its original condition, unused and in original packaging (undamaged).
Any costs / postage charges incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.
We try to list our products as clearly and accurately as possibly, but if you are unsure or need clarification about any of our products please feel free to contact us prior to buying.
In the unlikely event that an item is listed incorrectly or the description is misleading, please contact us to discuss any issues you have.
Damaged or incomplete Orders

We expect contact within 72 hours of receipt of delivery.

Shipping and Delivery.
All our products are sent FREE by tracked or signed for delivery.
We use a variety of different couriers depending on your item to ensure the safest, quickest and most reliable service.
We estimate 3-5 working days for our standard delivery, Faster delivery is available as an upgrade (24 hour + 1 day packaging) excludes weekends and bank holidays. Our couriers will attempt delivery at least once, if this is not possible (no one in) etc... it is then your responsibility to agree for redelivery with the courier. If a parcel is returned to us any costs of delivery may be taken from any refund offered or you may be asked to pay for any delivery requiring resending.

When you buy goods from us, you are entering into a contract with us. we will ask you to provide some personal information such as;
