Delivery

Please note your delivery may need a signature upon delivery. Please ensure there will be someone at your chosen address to accept the delivery. We will only send your order to the address on the order confirmation. We cannot send to an alternative address. Some products may only be sold to over 18's. Some couriers may ask for identification upon delivery if they suspect you are not of age.

Standard Delivery:

All our products are sent FREE by tracked or signed for delivery.

We use a variety of different couriers depending on your item to ensure the safest, quickest and most reliable service.

We estimate 3-5 working days for our standard delivery. We allow 24 hours from the time you have ordered to pack and ship your item.

Express Delivery:

Faster delivery is available as an upgrade. Your order will be sent to you within 24 hours allowing an additional 24 hours for packing.

Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Local Delivery & Collection:

If you are local to us in Chester or the surrounding areas, we may deliver your order via our own delivery service at our trade facility warehouse, or alternatively if you wish to pick up your order you can do so. Please contact us if you wish to collect your online order from our warehouse.
