My order hasn't arrived yet! Where is it?

The simple answer could be there is a delay with your parcel. Please go to the correct courier site with your tracking number and post code. If you are struggling with this please contact us.

A courier may have already attempted delivery and you weren't in. You will need to go online and reschedule delivery or collect from pick up shop. Again this can be scheduled online with the courier company. If you need help please contact us on 01244 677123 or sales@mppaints.co.uk

My item is damaged/faulty! What do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will ask for your order number, a full description and images of the issue. A member of our team will the process the issue and work promptly to get the issue resolved. Please note, in cases where an item has been damaged in transit, our courier may require the item to be sent back for processing. If you throw away or use the product we cannot help with a replacement or refund.

My order has arrived and there is something missing! What do I do?

Contact us on 01244 677123 or sales@mppaints.co.uk with your order number and the item/s that is missing. A member of our team will then check your order. All our packing sheets are timestamped, items are packed in an area covered by CCTV and all parcels are weighed. If an item is missed we will know and can get it sent out to you straight away.

The item I need is not online! What do I do?

Again, contact us! The likelihood of us not having what you need is less than one percent. We stock thousands of product lines. It may be that we have the item available but our team haven't listed it online yet! Let us know what you need and our online sales rep can get it listed in less than 2 minutes for you!
